Worldwide Zero Tolerance & Protection

Child safety &
CSAE policy.

Strict zero-tolerance mandate against child sexual abuse and exploitation worldwide.

This published standard sets strict child-protection rules, reporting commitments subject to applicable law, and safety contacts for the Orick mobile application (Package Name: com.orignal.orick), a Buddylynk product. These policy commitments are not verification of app tools, staffing, provider controls, or legal compliance in every jurisdiction.

Orick Package: com.orignal.orick Developer: Buddylynk Global Safety Standard

Last revised November 1, 2026.

Global Zero-Tolerance CSAE/CSAM Mandate: Orick prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in every community and region. Confirmed exploitation results in permanent account termination and removal or restriction of violating content. Reporting to competent authorities and preservation of relevant evidence follow applicable law. A safety restriction may be imposed while a report is assessed; reports are not themselves proof of a violation.

Strict Global Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

For the purposes of this policy, a minor is any individual under eighteen (18) years of age. This child-protection definition applies across Orick communities and is separate from the service’s minimum account age and any additional local requirements.

Orick strictly prohibits the creation, dissemination, facilitation, hosting, or retention of child sexual abuse and exploitation across all surfaces of the platform worldwide. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

Prohibited Abuse Categories

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Uploading, streaming, generating, viewing, transmitting, sharing, publishing, storing, linking to, or soliciting any visual, audio, text, or digital rendering depicting the sexual abuse, sexualization, or exploitation of a minor.
  • Child Grooming & Enticement: Any attempt to establish an online relationship, build emotional trust, communicate privately, or manipulate minors for the purpose of sexual exploitation, abuse, child trafficking, or unlawful physical contact.
  • Sextortion & Coercive Blackmail: Threatening, coercing, or blackmailing minors through the possession, threatened release, or demand of private images, videos, or personal identifiable information.
  • Facilitation, Promotion & Networking: Utilizing Orick community hierarchies ("Earths"), categories ("Countries"), communication channels ("Citys"), direct messaging, or cloud storage to organize, advocate, index, trade, or direct participants to child sexual abuse material or third-party exploitation sites.

Statutory Reporting & Global Law Enforcement Collaboration

The operator must assess safety reports promptly and meet reporting, preservation, and disclosure duties that apply to the service and the circumstances. The destination, reporting threshold, information disclosed, and deadline depend on applicable law. This policy does not establish a standing referral arrangement with every authority.

Reporting and evidence safeguards

  • NCMEC CyberTipline: Reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) must be made where required by applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A when it applies. The operator is responsible for maintaining the required reporting arrangements and meeting the relevant reporting threshold and deadline.
  • Competent authorities: Where an incident requires law-enforcement involvement, the operator must use the appropriate lawful reporting channel. Cross-border concerns do not by themselves authorize unrestricted disclosure or imply an automatic referral to INTERPOL or every national agency.
  • Evidence preservation: Relevant records must be preserved when legally required, with restricted access and disclosure limited to what is lawful and necessary. Removing public access to violating content is separate from retaining evidence under a lawful preservation obligation.

Applicable regional obligations

  • India — POCSO Act 2012 (Section 19): Where applicable, reporting duties under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act require information to be provided through the competent Special Juvenile Police Unit or local police channel. A report to Orick does not replace a person’s own legal obligations or emergency assistance.
  • India — Information Technology Rules, 2021: The operator must assess applicable notice-handling, removal, preservation, and grievance duties and meet the deadlines required in the circumstances. The National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal is a separate government reporting route, not a confirmation that Orick has submitted a report.
  • Other regions: Relevant child-protection, online-safety, privacy, and procedural obligations must be assessed for the regions in which the service operates. This page does not certify worldwide legal compliance or create a blanket exemption from privacy safeguards.

Enforcement & Account Sanctions Worldwide

Safety reports are assessed according to the information available and the urgency of potential harm. Access may be restricted without prior notice where necessary to protect a child, prevent further distribution, or comply with law.

  1. Content removal and restricted evidence: Confirmed violating content must be removed or access disabled promptly. Relevant records may be retained with restricted access when required for lawful reporting, preservation, or investigation. Public removal is not a promise that every backup or independent copy disappears instantly.
  2. Permanent account termination: Accounts confirmed to have engaged in child exploitation are permanently terminated. Available account and access controls may be used to address attempted re-registration, subject to privacy and other applicable requirements. This policy does not promise universal hardware identification or prevention on every device.
  3. Review and statutory rights: If you believe a restriction was applied in error, contact Support. Review may correct a mistaken identity or factual error; it does not permit prohibited abuse. Applicable statutory complaint, appeal, or dispute rights remain available, as explained in the Terms of Service.

In-App User Safety & Reporting Mechanisms

Use reporting or blocking controls available in your app version, or email the safety contact on this page. A specific menu path is not required to send an email report. This website does not verify the current app interface or automated detection coverage.

Reporting safely

  • Describe the concern: Include relevant usernames, Earth or City names, a message reference if available, and the approximate date and time. Provide a brief explanation without reproducing illegal content.
  • Do not redistribute material: Do not download, forward, or attach suspected illegal images or videos to collect evidence. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or unnecessary personal information about a child.
  • Community moderation: Earth owners and moderators must follow the same safety rules. Use available permissions to address harmful conduct and escalate suspected child exploitation rather than treating it only as a local community dispute.
  • Urgent danger: An email to Orick is not an emergency response service. Contact the appropriate local emergency service immediately if someone is in immediate danger.
