service.

Orick is a community application developed under the Buddylynk name. It provides Earth communities, Countries for organizing topics, Citys for conversations, and related account and media features. “Orick” and “the service” refer to these features and the supporting website.

These terms govern your access to and use of Orick. By downloading, accessing, or using Orick, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the application.

These terms are made available to users prior to account registration and remain accessible within the application and on this website.

You must satisfy the service’s published age and eligibility requirements and the laws that apply to you. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian to use the service. A store rating is not a substitute for these requirements.

Users must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account on Orick.

• Provide accurate account information and keep contact details up to date.
• Keep passwords and sign-in codes private. Do not share or sell account access.
• Do not impersonate another person, organization, or member of the Orick team.
• Contact Support if you suspect unauthorized account access.

You are responsible for your own use of the service and for taking reasonable steps to protect your credentials. This does not remove the operator’s responsibilities under applicable law.

Earth owners and appointed moderators may organize Countries and Citys, manage membership, assign roles, and set additional community rules. Those rules must be consistent with the service’s policies and applicable law.

Community leaders are responsible for the choices they make when managing their spaces. A community role does not authorize someone to speak for Orick, collect passwords, demand sensitive documents, or make commitments on behalf of the operator.

Respect channel purposes, member boundaries, and access restrictions. Private or invite-only spaces remain subject to the same platform-level rules as other parts of the service.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it, including permission where required from people whose personal information or likeness appears in it.

Submitting content grants the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, technically process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service and carry out your sharing choices. Service providers may perform those tasks on the operator’s behalf for the same limited purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to sell your content or use it in advertising. It ends when the content is deleted from the service, except for the limited period and extent needed for disclosed backup retention, legal preservation, or resolving an existing dispute. Copies independently saved or reshared by other people may remain outside Orick’s control.

Orick’s software, branding, and other service materials remain subject to their owners’ intellectual-property rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service for its intended purposes while you comply with these terms. Rights available under mandatory law, including applicable interoperability exceptions, are not removed.

Use Orick lawfully and with respect for others. You must not:

• Post unlawful content or material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Promote, incite, organize, or facilitate terrorism, terrorist financing, or violent extremism.
• Upload, solicit, or disseminate Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or engage in child abuse, grooming, or exploitation.
• Threaten, harass, exploit, deceive, or deliberately endanger another person.
• Share another person’s private information or intimate material without the required consent.
• Use the service for scams, malicious impersonation, spam, or deceptive commercial activity.
• Distribute malware, steal credentials, probe accounts without authorization, or disrupt the service.
• Bypass access controls or attempt to evade a legitimate account or community restriction.
• Use automation or bulk collection in ways that violate privacy, access restrictions, or applicable law.

The Child Safety Standards are established under a dedicated zero-tolerance policy. Content or conduct prohibited by that policy, applicable law, or platform distribution rules is strictly prohibited.

The operator may review reports and take proportionate action to address policy violations, security threats, or legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances, action may include removing content, limiting features, restricting a community, or suspending or terminating access.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, affected users will receive information about a restriction and how to ask for review. Information may be limited where disclosure would undermine safety, an ongoing investigation, another person’s privacy, or a legal requirement.

Report concerns through the available in-app reporting tools or contact safety@buddylynk.com. Include relevant account names, message or community references, and a brief description. Do not attach illegal material or send passwords and sign-in codes.

For account restrictions or review requests, contact Support with enough information to identify the account. Applicable statutory complaint, appeal, or dispute rights remain available under applicable law.

The separate Privacy Policy explains the information collected and processed for the service, how the website works, account-deletion options, and our statutory reporting obligations. These terms incorporate the Privacy Policy by reference.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data using the methods described on the Account & Data Deletion page. Uninstalling the app or signing out is not an account-deletion request.

Deletion is subject to the published processing steps and limited legal, security, or regulatory retention obligations. It cannot remove copies held independently by other people outside the service. Contact Support if you want to discuss access, correction, deletion, or another applicable data right.

Features and compatibility may depend on your app version, device, region, and network connection. Real-time communication does not mean that delivery is instantaneous or uninterrupted.

The service may require maintenance, updates, or changes to protect reliability and security. The operator may change or discontinue features, subject to applicable notice, consumer-protection, and contractual requirements. Material reductions to a paid service, if one is offered, require separate consideration of any applicable cancellation and refund rights.

Statements about community scale or media capacity do not mean infinite infrastructure, guaranteed bandwidth, or exemption from lawful content and service restrictions. Keep independent copies of information you need. Orick is not an emergency service; contact the appropriate local emergency service where necessary.

App stores and other third-party services may apply their own terms, privacy practices, compatibility requirements, or eligibility rules. A link does not make the operator responsible for every statement or action of a third party, nor does it remove responsibilities imposed by law.

These terms do not create a subscription or authorize a charge. Any future paid feature must disclose its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and applicable refund rights before a purchase is made. Your network provider may charge for data or connectivity.

The service is intended to support community communication, but it cannot guarantee that every user contribution is accurate, lawful, or appropriate. Use reasonable judgment when relying on content or interacting with others.

Each party’s responsibility for loss or harm is subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, data-protection rights, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. This includes any applicable protection concerning fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury.

Mandatory consumer remedies and protections available under your local laws are preserved.

You may stop using Orick and request account deletion. The operator may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, material security issues, a binding legal requirement, or service closure, subject to applicable law.

Ending access does not automatically remove every record or resolve an existing complaint. Data handling follows the published deletion and retention process, and rights or obligations that need to continue for a legitimate purpose remain subject to applicable law.

Contact support@buddylynk.com to raise a concern or seek a practical resolution. Contacting Support does not prevent you from using a regulator, court, or other remedy available to you.

Governing law and dispute resolution are governed by applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, an exclusive foreign forum, or a waiver of remedies protected under your local consumer protection laws.

These terms are effective as of October 25, 2026. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the service, with advance notice or renewed consent where required by applicable law.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to exercise a right on one occasion does not automatically waive it for the future.
